Michael and I had our friend's funeral today. They couldn't have put a better quote on the program, "Life before death, strength before weakness, journey before destination." -The Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson. I think The Stormlight Archive books hit a chord with a lot of people because of the various mental struggles the characters go through. Life isn't easy and we're all broken people that go through our unique struggles, but if other people were to read our book, we would seem like heroes even if we don't see it ourselves. Keith was very loved by so many, and it was great to celebrate your life today. Thanks for being a hero and you will be missed!

The bronze sculpture process is a fascinating one. This is the wax portion of the process and right now he is creating replica pieces of the sculpture using molds and melted wax. The wax gets reused and eventually turns a muddy burnt red color from being melted and a little burned so many times. This is a great way to cut large pieces of glass. You align your etched cut on the edge of the table and throw the weight of the glass off the table so that it breaks off. I also like this video because you can hear the glass cutter scraping/crushing the glass...and yes I am listening to the Way of Kings by @brandsanderson I love his books! The silhouette machine spices things up!! I used a shadow box frame that I painted black. Glue gunned some floral foam in the corners for the leaves and flowers. Then I used my Silhouette Cameo 5 to cut out a saying in vinyl to add in between the photos. Turned out spectacular! Can't wait to use this for the Wedding Expo in Salt Lake this coming Saturday!
